Use of the website
This website is provided for personal, informational use. You agree not to misuse it — for example, by disrupting its operation, harvesting content through automated means, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — including text, logos, photographs, and graphics — belongs to ALPs Aquatics or its contributors. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.
Programs & registration
Registration for programs and competitions is handled by the individual member clubs, not through this website. This site is informational and points you to the relevant club for sign-up.
Participation & assumption of risk
Aquatic activities carry inherent risks. Each member club is responsible for its own participation waivers, insurance, and on-deck safety. ALPs Aquatics coordinates the league and is not responsible for activities organized and run by individual clubs.
Photos & media
Photographs taken at events are generally managed by the member clubs. Questions about a specific photo should be directed to the relevant club or to info@alpsaquatics.ca.

This site links to third-party websites, including those of our member clubs. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
