Who we are

ALPs Aquatics (the Association of Lakeshore Pools) operates this website to share information about our member clubs and summer aquatic programs across the Greater Montreal Area. In this policy, “we” and “our” refer to ALPs Aquatics.

Information we collect

Contact form: when you send us a message, we collect the name, email address, and any details you choose to include so we can respond.

Analytics: we use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are visited. This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiries and to improve the website. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the site: Convex (database), Amazon Web Services (hosting in the Canada region), and PostHog (analytics). These providers process data only on our behalf.

Data retention

Contact submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your request, after which they are deleted.

Your rights
