Our flagship discipline. Swimmers train and race through the summer season in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly — building toward dual meets, Section Finals and the season-ending ALPs Finals.
ALPs competitive swimming programs run during the summer season across our 0 member clubs, offering structured training from learn-to-swim through provincial-level competition. Athletes develop proper technique, endurance, and race skills under qualified coaches.

02Teamwork, Treading Water
Fast, physical and tactical. Youth players compete across Atom, Bantam, Cadet and Juvenile divisions, developing endurance, ball skills and the team chemistry that defines the sport.
Water polo at ALPs is a summer youth league bringing together kids who love team competition in the water. Our age-division programs develop swimming endurance, ball-handling, tactical awareness, and teamwork.

03Precision From Height
One-metre springboard programs that develop body control, spatial awareness and fearless technique — from first entries to full competitive dive lists.
Our diving programs introduce athletes to one-metre springboard diving, emphasizing safety, technique, and progressive skill development. Divers train at clubs equipped with proper facilities and experienced coaches.

04Athletics Meets Artistry
Synchronized routines that pair endurance and breath control with choreography, musicality and precise group timing — performed solo, in duets and in team formations.
Artistic swimming (formerly synchronized swimming) combines swimming, dance, and gymnastics into a demanding and expressive sport. Our programs develop water confidence, flexibility, and performance skills through solo, duet, and team routines.
